We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to build and deliver an innovative, game changing DevSecOps platform that developers love to use. If you have a passion for cloud technologies, automation, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and develop scalable DevSecOps platform for the development teams.
- Build and maintain data-intensive solutions on AWS.
- Support a large and diverse PaaS infrastructure.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Use code scanners and infrastructure monitoring tools like Splunk or ELK to ensure the health and security of the platform.
- Implement security controls to comply with security and compliance frameworks.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning processes.
- Utilize various open source platforms and cloud technologies.
- Create comprehensive documentation for CI/CD resources to improve system maintainability.
- Troubleshoot build failures, environment issues, and technical blockers with agile team members.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Secret security clearance
- 2+ years’ experience with AWS
- 2+ years’ experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or Jenkins
- Proven experience in automating infrastructure provisioning
- Ability to document CI/CD resources and improve system maintainability
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,000-$143,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
