Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
As a Client Delivery Consultant/Manager, you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment designing, implementing, and operating cloud procurement managed services to our clients. Deloitte brings world-class operational know-how, AI/ML, and industry-specific hybrid solutions experience to our clients. Illustrative activities include:
- Lead delivery of one or multiple cloud procurement managed services engagements
- Manage key client relationships /stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the engagement
- Design and architect managed service solutions, transition plans, and ongoing operations policies and procedures
- Support sales cycles with development of staffing plans and scoping
- Define, recruit, and train operational teams to support managed services engagements
- Manage engagement quality, risk, timelines, and resources during transition and ongoing operations
- Identify and implement operational process improvements that drive increased efficiency using leading practices in AI and RPA

Required Qualifications:
- 7 or more years of consulting and experience with either system implementation and/or AMS support environment preferably with SaaS based S2P solutions
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing or providing AMS support for Coupa modules such as: Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Analytics, Expense management, and integration with major ERP’s
- Lead Coupa AMS delivery; assess, troubleshoot/test issues and enhancements
- Experience training clients in Coupa
- Project management experience
- Travel up to 10% annually

Preferred
- Certification for Coupa Platform
- Experience reporting to senior client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on- and off-site, and off-shore functional and technical teams.
- Experience managing project scope, change requests, delivery against defined service levels, mitigate and remediate risk factors and propose solutions based on best practices.
