Work you’ll do
- Support change management efforts for integrated eligibility technology systems for public health program assistance
- Develop and execute full lifecycle change management activities, including change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and training and workshop facilitation
- Manage and mentor junior staff
- Participate in firm initiatives and professional development opportunities
- Assist with proposal activities and business development as needed

Qualifications
Required:
- Completed bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- 8 years of overall professional experience
- 5 years of relevant professional experience supporting change management efforts for integrated eligibility systems at the state or local government level
- Travel up to 75%
Preferred:
- ProSci change management certification or other relevant OCM certification
- Experience with Adobe Captivate or other similar platforms
- Prior management consulting experience
