Work you’ll do 

  • Support change management efforts for child welfare technology systems for public health program assistance
  • Develop and execute full lifecycle change management activities, including change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and training and workshop facilitation 
  • Manage and mentor junior staff
  • Participate in firm initiatives and professional development opportunities
  • Assist with proposal activities and business development as needed

Qualifications 

Required: 


  • Completed bachelor’s degree 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role 
  • 8 years of overall professional experience
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience supporting change management efforts for child welfare technology systems at the state or local government level
  • Travel up to 75%

 

Preferred: 

  • ProSci change management certification or other relevant OCM certification
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate or other similar platforms
  • Prior management consulting experience
