Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle.
- Guide teams in the Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate product team’s progress toward team goals, lead/facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high performing team, coordinate with other teams, support ROM and level of estimate activities, and provide team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions.
- Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations.
- Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- 1+ years of leading Agile teams
- 1+ years working in Agile Project Management
- 1+ years working in continuous process improvement
- 1+ years working in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Degree in an IT-related field or Business Administration
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,000 to $181,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
