Position Summary

Campaign marketing manager –Transactions & M&A

Position summary

The Campaign Marketing Manager for Deloitte Advisory focusing on Advisory’s Transactions and M&A offering portfolio, as well as the buyer stakeholder persona of Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. In this role, you will create the campaign vision, build campaign plans, oversee campaign development, execution, and performance of best-in-class, integrated marketing and communications campaigns. As a member of the team, you will:

  • Create campaign briefs incorporating our key messaging framework
  • Define, maintain, prioritize, and manage the effectiveness for marketing campaigns
  • Develop client targeting strategies
  • Develop and drive fully integrated strategic marketing and communications campaign activities that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels
  • Content strategy and development
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Provide strategic counsel, idea generation and consultation in support strategic marketing campaigns
  • Consult with stakeholders for planning, development, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Engage our internal agency on the successful execution of campaigns, and oversee the on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns
  • Leverage agile principles to bring marketing strategy to life
  • Along with the in-house agency, develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
  • Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (technical subject matter experts to business owners), with ability to present complex information in easily understandable format and tailored to the audience
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to gain consensus through influence
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
  • Executive presence, professional client service manner
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in large corporate setting and/or professional services a plus
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related business field; Advanced degrees preferred
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available 
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
