The Team

In this role, you will be a part of the Lab Delivery Excellence (LDX) team, which works in collaboration with other Deloitte teams (e.g., the CIO Program, CFO Program, etc.) to plan and coordinate exceptional executive transition experiences and team labs for clients.

Transition Labs support C-level executives as they prepare for and accelerate the transition into their role—focusing on how they spend their time, their talent, and their critical relationships across their stakeholders, culminating in a tangible 180-day plan.

Team labs can be custom-designed for specific leadership needs, challenges, and opportunities. They can span multiple topics to inform strategic conversations. Some examples include: Alignment Labs, Innovation Labs, Strategy Labs, and Transformation Labs.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Lab Delivery
‑ Support day-of delivery and execution of Labs
‑ Capture the Lab day’s discussion to prepare a client-ready deliverable that highlights the day’s key insights

Project Management and Operations
‑ Managing planning efforts for C-Suite Labs, including: coordinating logistics, overseeing and ensuring completion of key activities, identifying and escalating risks, and managing communication and coordination among lab participants and stakeholders
‑ Accurately capturing discussions—stakeholder interviews with C-Suite executives and Lab preparation discussions—with sufficient detail, using formal business language and format
‑ Reviewing all relevant data and preparation materials (including stakeholder interview notes) for each lab and synthesizing the information into succinct insights and actionable themes for lab Facilitators and Producers
‑ Researching and identifying relevant C-suite-level issues and infusing key functional area knowledge (e.g., Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.) into lab design materials
‑ Collaborating with the Operations team to support ad hoc operational and strategic efforts for the team

Relationship and Program Management
‑ Coordinating with executive level external clients as well as senior Deloitte leaders (including Clients & Industry leaders, function leaders, and the leaders of high-priority client accounts)
‑ Promoting lab sessions when interacting with account teams in support of the team’s goals (e.g. sales goals, relationship-building goals, etc.)
‑ Working collaboratively with all team members, promoting teamwork and high-quality deliverables

Strategy and Innovation
‑ Researching and piloting innovative approaches that can enhance our offerings, including data analysis

Qualifications

Required:
‑ Bachelor's Degree
‑ Senior level would require 3 plus years of professional experience
‑ Strong project management skills
‑ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
‑ Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
‑ Ability to multitask and manage work across multiple streams
‑ Can work independently, proactively, and operative effectively in ambiguity
‑ Excellent executive presence, as well as strong writing and oral presentation skills
‑ Ability to understand and address client challenges and develop key talking points; selecting a speaking style and approach best suited for the situation and audience
‑ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications including excellent PowerPoint skills or MS Teams experience a big plus
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve



Preferred:
‑ Salesforce experience is also beneficial
‑ Understanding of corporate terminology
‑ Interest and experience with analytical methods and tools, including data visualization are desirable

 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,600 - $141,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
