We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to join our team. The Systems Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex C5ISR systems and infrastructure solutions, spanning Information Operations (IO), METOC, and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. This position requires extensive technical expertise, a deep understanding of systems engineering principles, and the ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
Work you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements and provide technical recommendations and solutions.
- Develop and maintain system architectures, including high-level and detailed design documentation
- Conduct system integration, testing, and performance analysis to ensure optimal system functionality, scalability, and security
- Perform advanced system troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve complex issues
- Implement and configure advanced hardware, software, and network components.
- Lead system deployments, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and provide guidance on their adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or other technical field + 5 years of relevant SE experience
- 5-10 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on designing, integrating, and implementing complex C5ISR systems
- Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale systems engineering projects that align with the DoD Systems Engineering Guidebook, applicable DoD 5000 series instructions, DODAF Enterprise Architecture Guidance, and NAVWAR 5.0 policy
- In-depth understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, MBSE, and best practices
- Extensive experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Active Top Secret Clearance and preferred SCI or SCI eligible clearance required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or another related engineering or computer science discipline
- Strong scripting an automation skills using languages such as Python, PowerShell or Bash
- Proficiency in systems monitoring, diagnostics and performance analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex METOC, IO or ISR system issues
- Active TS/SCI Government Clearance
