We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Logistics Analyst to join our team. The Logistics Analyst will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex C5ISR systems and infrastructure solutions, spanning Information Operations (IO), METOC, and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. The Logistics Analyst will lead and oversee logistics optimization efforts, supply chain management, and inventory control processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of logistics principles and best practices, and the ability to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to improve logistics operations.
Work you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate logistics analysis projects to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service
- Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, improve overall performance, and mitigate risks
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
- Utilize advanced statistical and mathematical models to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and minimize stockouts
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics performance and identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement logistics network optimization initiatives

Our core capabilities include: IT Operations Delivery & Management, Customer Experience Enhancement, Operations Transformation, transportation modernization, and Emerging Technology platforms such as drones and 5G networks.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or other technical field + 5 years of relevant logistics experience
- 5+ years of experience in working logistics programs performing a minimum of 7 out of the 10 Logistics Elements or additional experience in two or more of the following areas:
- Program execution oversight
- Analytical and problem solving related to logistical issues
- Software defined radio or similar
- Strong understanding of logistics principles, supply chain management, and inventory control practices
- Proficiency in using advanced analytical tools and software to analyze large datasets and generate insights
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems (e.g., transportation management systems, warehouse management systems)
- Active Top Secret Clearance and preferred SCI or SCI eligible clearance required
Preferred:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement logistics strategies and process improvement initiatives
- Active TS/SCI Government Clearance
