Work You’ll Do
Assist product owners in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products. Collaborate with tax Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical teams and project managers on development projects during all phases of software development life cycle. Conduct design thinking sessions to gain insights into end-user needs. Oversee the product backlog for a product, working with product owners to prioritize requirements, and define and oversee scope and sprints for projects. Provide operational support to tax practitioners. Configure SharePoint features in production and non-production environments. Engage with various teams to resolve problems as they arise. Oversee deadlines, goals and objectives and satisfy internal and external customer needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Five years of experience performing business analysis using Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Experience must include five years of:
- Interfacing with business analysts and clients to understand business problems, translating business needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements, creating technical design documents, and ensuring the delivery of appropriate technical solutions;
- Collaborating with a team of developers to deliver end-to-end web solutions;
- Eliciting requirements using Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, tasks, and workflows;
- Analyzing requirements by constructing workflow charts, creating Fit Gap analysis and impact analysis documents, performing requirement prioritization, and creating project roadmaps;
- Creating and maintaining workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements, and creating prototypes and mock-ups to illustrate proposed changes to systems;
- Developing traceability matrices, and reviewing test cases and test plans to ensure end-to-end coverage of requirements;
- Testing and validating final systems to ensure that products are in line with proposed system requirements;
- Troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis of reported issues to develop actions for preventing reoccurrences; and
- Planning and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to receive stakeholder sign-off on deliverables.
