Position Summary

Business Project Management Senior/Strategic Resource Management

As the Business Project Management Senior, you will serve as a key contributor to the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational projects that drive business priorities. You will help to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of assigned projects, all while supporting the establishment of policies and procedures that ensure compliance with project strategies and objectives. You may contribute to special assignments and projects for management on an ad hoc basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates day-to-day agency creative and production efforts with respect to resources
  • Monitors staffing and resources against assigned projects in order to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Works with producers and creative directors to assess talent needs, acts as point of contact to book and confirm talent
  • Tries to maintain ongoing knowledge of current and upcoming campaigns with PMs as they relate to resourcing.
  • Manages and resolves resource booking conflicts.
  • Handles processing and paperwork for all contract and freelance hires. Works directly with Procurement, DOT, Finance and outside vendors. 
  • Manages talent repository, archiving resumes, messaging, scheduling interviews. 
  • Monitors Creative team hours against budgets.Works with teams to insure proper billing and invoicing.
  • Maybe involved in special projects as assigned in Strategic Resource Management. 

General responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the implementation and ongoing efforts of a single business project; directly deliver and administer specific services that contribute to projects
  • Assist in the development of project objectives, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of projected and actual effectiveness of current or proposed project activities
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and effectiveness to senior managers
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor changes in work processes to ensure performance outcomes are achieved
