The Business Intelligence, Regulatory Reporting Analyst will assist with multiple data, reporting and system requirements managed by the Business Intelligence Regulatory Reporting team within Government and Public Services Contracts (GPSC). This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can perform due diligence reviews of multiple data sets within internal and 3rd party systems, process this data and provide meaningful solutions to management. The individual will process Individual Subcontract Reports (ISRs) and Summary Subcontract Reports (SSRs) to ensure federal reporting requirements are met. The candidate will use analytical and forensic skills to review reports throughout the lifecycle of a contract and will participate in coordinated actions required in response to the report submissions. This will require an understanding of the nature of each contract record type requested for reporting and how records are entered in the eSRS system or via manual submission (SF-294). This role will also be responsible for monitoring report statuses and alerts within eSRS and will assist in resubmitting and closing out open actions as required. This position will also assist with additional reporting and system onboarding tasks in addition to other business intelligence-related requirements.
This role works collaboratively across the GPSC organization while also collaborating cross-functionally within the Operational Excellence team and across Deloitte’s Enabling Areas.

Work You Will Do:
- Perform due-diligence reviews of multiple data sets within internal and 3rd party systems and process the data to provide meaningful solutions to management.
- Process Individual Subcontract Reports (ISR) and Summary Subcontract Reports (SSR).
- Review ISR and SSR reports throughout lifecycle of a contract and participate in coordinated actions in response to report submissions.
- Responsible for monitoring report statuses and alerts withing eSRS.
- Assist in resubmitting and close out open action items as required.
- Assist with additional reporting and system onboarding tasks in addition to other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in Federal Government contracting agreement structures and filing requirements.
- Analytical thinker who enjoys forensic, investigative tasks.
- Quick learner of system interfaces.
- Skilled communicator, especially via email, who can coordinate required actions with internal practitioners and external vendors and write clear instructions
- Ability to write process/work instruction documentation.
- Ability to identify, collaborate, and execute on process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to oversee a wide portfolio of tasks to include responsiveness to audit inquiries.
- Attention to data security and handling of potentially sensitive information.
- Strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and decision-maker; ability to find innovative, thoughtful solutions to a range of business problems.
- Superior time management/organizational skills including an appropriate sense of urgency and proactive.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams).
- Knowledge about the professional services industry.
- Excellent spoken, written communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-layered matrix organization serving many leaders
- Must be legally authorized to working in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Comfortable using SharePoint as a content owner/provider.
- Familiarity with FAR 52.219-9.
- Tableau, PowerBI, other analytics platforms.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,935-$133,330.
