Position Summary

Are you an experienced business development/marketing professional who is skilled in analytical thinking, influencing others to drive results, and managing multiple projects simultaneously? If so, Deloitte's Audit & Assurance (A&A) Growth Team is looking for someone like you. Predictable, sustainable revenue growth requires a full pipeline of targets, and our resourceful team leverages their diverse backgrounds to keep an eye on the market, helping Deloitte’s A&A practice to identify and nurture potential future clients.

Work you’ll do

As an A&A Growth Manager, you will work closely with local audit partners and practitioners to help them meet practice-wide and individual growth metrics. Using market, competitive and internal data, you will develop and implement strategies to help fill the pipeline and develop relationships with targets, with the objective of advancing opportunities to the RFP stage. You will be an ambassador of our growth culture, helping to drive national priorities into the local markets. (This is not a pursuit management/proposal role.)

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver and apply analysis of marketplace insights and competitive trends to targeting teams to drive growth strategy
  • For priority accounts (a subset of your portfolio of targets), support account teams by leading meetings, providing research, developing action plans and driving accountability, keeping up with relevant market/industry/company intel, etc.
  • Help identify potential opportunities to team with other Deloitte functions (e.g., Tax).
  • Be a trusted advisor for the leaders in your market(s) by bringing insights, leading practices, and creative thinking to support them in their business development efforts.
  • Help develop and execute internal communications strategy in support of the market’s A&A growth program as needed.
  • Serve as subject-matter expert for the local A&A practice on marketplace and industry developments, competitive intelligence, relevant marketing and alumni activities, etc.
  • Leverage our Salesforce-based CRM system to track progress of growth efforts, provide real-time analytics to leaders, and report on results.
  • Display positive attitude while exhibiting commitment to firm protocols and priorities.
  • Lead and contribute to special projects as needed.

Our team culture is collaborative and encourages team members to take initiative and seek on-the-job learning opportunities. Our professionals are committed to excellence and to enhancing the trust of our stakeholders. Creative thinking and independence are key to success and are welcomed by our growth leaders. Quality is our top priority, and by focusing on innovation, we continue to raise the bar on quality and deliver greater value to our clients. Learn more about Deloitte Audit & Assurance.

In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

  • No one other than designated Deloitte personnel (e.g., a Deloitte recruiter or Deloitte hiring partner) is permitted to extend any job offer from Deloitte.

Anyone who at any time has made or makes any payment to any party in exchange for promises of job or selection for a job with Deloitte or any matter related to this (including those for ‘registration’, ‘verification’ or ‘security deposit’) or otherwise engages with any such person who has made or makes fraudulent promises or offers, does so (or has done so) entirely at their own risk. Deloitte takes no responsibility or liability for any such unauthorized or fraudulent actions or engagements. We encourage jobseekers to exercise caution.
