  • Working with quality assurance teams in systems similar to JIRA and or Confluence

The team

Systems Engineering

Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.

 

Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Must have Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
  • Ability to work with business to define, document and maintain requirements
  • Ability to work with business to write test cases to test business requirements and help execution and tracking
  • Ability to understand, analyze and document business processes and process mappings
  • Ability to drive issue resolutions, decision making process and co-ordinate with other teams (internal or external 3rd party teams)
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

  • Business knowledge in financial domains related Asset management around trading, operations, and accounting
  • Good experience in SDLC, Agile, Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery, and change management
  • Experience in JIRA, ServiceNow
