Position Summary

Brand Manager Activation

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to play in this role.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate marketing & communications manager to join our Brand team to support our Brand Strategy & activation.

The Brand Manager works to integrate brand level strategy with key internal stakeholders – including but not limited to - business and industry marketing teams, business leaders, and key firm leadership. Additionally, this role would assist with execution of brand level marketing strategy and campaigns. This individual works closely with the Group Brand Director, business and industry marketers and leaders, as well as stakeholders in the business and marketing leadership.

Key responsibilities:

  • Speak with assurance on all matters relating to the brand, including brand architecture
  • Work with senior marketing professionals from the businesses to identify content to deploy through external channels and work with publishers on creating new content to enhance eminence
  • Initiate and disseminate research and competitive related to brand strategy
  • Own the brand council agenda and communications – a cross marketing team with delegates ME who are responsible for translating brand strategy in their business, and informing their teams about brand updates
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop marketing strategy and drive strategic marketing campaigns that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels and tactics
  • Deliver integrated marketing programs and activities that support business strategy, including developing messaging frameworks; creating sales enablement materials; building website content; managing email, social media and advertising campaigns; creating thoughtware and video content, among other projects
  • Provide strategic counsel, idea generation and consultation in support of Deloitte’s growth strategy
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics
  • Work with Strategy to ensure requirements for digital advertising metrics are achieved
  • Bring innovative thinking and best practices to all marketing activities
  • Collaborate across business, alliance, industry marketing as well as PR, and internal communications to develop and deliver more integrated marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Project management of asset development and deliverables with relevant agency and firm partners (internal and external)

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant technology or corporate B2B marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business or technology field preferred
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
  • An innovative mindset and ability to think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
  • Strong persuasive written and verbal communication skills - able to expertly position and tell compelling stories around our offerings and influence both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity
  • Experience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectiveness
  • Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (advanced skills in PowerPoint are a plus)
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 0-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86425-$159165.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
