Position Summary

Work You’ll do 

  • Support client's acquisition Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) 
  • BPR support includes developing comprehensive plans to replace legacy acquisition business systems/tools, mapping as-is and to-be acquisition activities, re-engineering business processes, and/ or review of a client's Acquisition Enterprise Architecture. 
  • Must be a self-starter who can meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, contribute to client work products, maintain PMO tools such as risk logs, action item logs, decision logs, and develop performance/progress reporting. 
  • Must be able to coordinate with Analysts, Consultants, and other team members to lead development of deliverables, prioritize tasks, and work products end-to-end.
  • Ability to complete deliverables and work products end-to-end, including scoping, development, QA and client reviews

Qualifications 


Required: 

  • Prior expertise with institutionalizing and maintaining project management processes and best practices across the organizations for disciplines such as risk management logs, action item logs, decision logs
  • Data mining Fluxicon Disco skills and experience
  • Prior experience utilizing Momentum software
  • Must know either the C-IV or LRS integrated eligibility systems
  • Experience assisting with functional support  and sharing system knowledge in business process re-engineering sessions, and helping counties migrating to the new system think through and define their future business process.
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Strong experience in County Welfare Programs in California
