Seeking an Automation Test Engineer/SME

By joining our team, you could help C-suite and program leaders transform their organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions.

 

Work you’ll do:

  • Advise on test standards, scaling test efforts across many products under development (e.g. enterprise testing as a service), quality assurance best practices, test resource planning and capacity management, and data visualization and reporting methods.
  • Work with government and other contractor employees on process improvement and implementation.
  • Advise on and implement DevOps strategies and accelerators.
  • Advise on pipeline architecture and management.
  • Work with leadership and development team to implement changes.
  • Translate functional requirements into test scenarios and test suites that are robust and easy to maintain
  • Work with QA analysts and software developers to triage and analyze defects
  • Explore RPA strategy and implementation options with clients to identify where process automation may be valuable

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years’ experience as an Automated/Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Experience utilizing the Agile SDLC
  • Experience with Automation testing tool, Selenium
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, C#, and Microsoft Azure DevOps Pipelines
  • project experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Experience with scaling QA/QE/Test efforts across product lines and standing up net new test efforts.
  • Proficient with object-oriented programming language such as C#/Java, Javascript or Python
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
