As an Audit & Assurance Products and Solutions Intern, you will provide operational management and oversight activities within the pillar to help drive the implementation of the Deloitte Audit Strategy. You will report to and work alongside the respective pillar leader and the organization Chief of Staff to manage daily operational activities including but not limited to financial oversight, progress reporting, information management, and meeting development & execution. As part of the AAPS team, you will benefit from exposure to audit leadership as they work to support the technology organization of the audit of the future. Additionally, you will develop significant skills related to the application of Agile methodology and principles that can be applied to various forms of projects.
Work You’ll Do
Sample intern responsibilities may include:
- Manage and monitor budget, actuals, and ETCs for the pillar
- Organize and manage strategic planning sessions for pillar activities, which include preparation, facilitation, and follow-up
- Leverage overall knowledge of the pillar and the associated activities that drive Audit Process Delivery Flow to develop and maintain over project plan
- Build and create a repository of common processes, templates, and best practices to be implemented within the pillar
- Provide visibility on project timelines and status to leadership in a common & consistent manner
- Track metrics on the state of project management, project delivery and the value being provided to the business
- Organize & manage strategy, status, and All Hands meetings for the pillar

Qualifications
Required:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, Math, Economics, Industrial & Operations Engineering, Computer Engineering, Decision Sciences or Data Sciences, or related field with relevant coursework
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- Travel up to 30% (While 30% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- The start date for this position will be in Summer 2023
