Cortex is Deloitte’s next-generation, visionary, end-to-end analytics application that leverages leading-edge technologies to seamlessly acquire, store, prepare (using automated preparation tools) and analyze data for use in the audit. The work you’ll do
Cortex deployment leads coordinate and facilitate the successful deployment and use of Cortex by clients and audit engagement teams. Deployment leads ensure that both internal and external (client) users are effectively and efficiently onboarded and supported throughout the deployment process.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and own the success of onboarding internal and external users by delivering appropriate communications and informational materials to articulate the Cortex value proposition
- Monitor schedule, pipeline and resources to ensure that deployment can be performed on schedule and with available resources, and identify and navigate potential issues to meet deadlines
- Leverage technical and industry experience to assist clients with proper sequencing of activities, ensuring that Cortex is fully implemented and functioning
- Liaison with business, technology and support team to resolve issues, provide requests, etc.
- Communicate regularly with the Deployment Leader and Application Owner regarding progress of deployments, issues, requests, etc.
- Think critically about how to improve current features/functions for future Cortex releases
- Become expert on all things Cortex

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail, as well as strong project management skills to maintain multiple projects in process concurrently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to facilitate and lead calls and meetings with clients and audit engagement teams
- Ability to work in a team setting, as well as an individual
- Problem solving skills and experience
- Self-starter and ability to work remotely with a multi-disciplinary team
- Collaborative nature and ability to build strong relationships virtually
- Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Comfortable interacting with external clients on IT related topics. Deep technical expertise is not required, but preferred
- Knowledge of Deloitte and our capabilities
- A base knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
