Associate Creative Director - Design

Work you’ll do:

  • Work alongside creative directors to concept and oversee the production of bold, innovative, award-winning campaigns for the Deloitte brand
  • Motivate creative teams to execute integrated, cross-channel projects that are creatively brilliant, strategically on point, and seamlessly executed, on time and on budget
  • Manage the creative process and keep things flowing smoothly, continually reviewing and optimizing the creative work your team produces.
  • Continually research marketing trends, strategies, and new technologies to find best-fit tools across all media
  • Inspire others, help build a team that demands exceptional quality of itself, and lead by example.
  • Create distinctive visuals in a variety of media, including print, digital, video, web design, visual identity and style guide creation
  • Maintain the highest level of design and brand consistency and compliance throughout all projects
  • Be a proactive problem solver, communicate clearly, and have an enviable self-starting work ethic
  • Use established project management systems to enhance collaboration, manage assets, and maintain visibility of project workflows. 

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders  
  • An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change.  
  • Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy 
  • Lead junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development. Coach others on their career development aspirations and facilitate new connections for your Coachees to expand their own network and broaden their understanding of the organization

Qualifications: 
Required:

  • 8+ years of campaign creation experience with a top agency or professional services firm 
  • Can develop multiple, differentiated creative concepts and solutions; Able to speak to the merits of each as it pertains to the brief and brand positioning 
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) 
  • Strong design chops and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape  
  • Travel up to 10%  

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s/4-year University degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree 
  • Agency experience 
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80400 to $165000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
