Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate planning assumptions, including cycle time, yield, capacity /allocation, as well as back-end planning to ensure accurate planning.
  • Load and plan material and capacity for each day, week, as well as long term, to ensure material and capacity can meet the production plan, day to day needs for engineering and samples
  • Collaborate with quality control, sales department and other staffs to achieve lead time reduction and on time delivery targets.
  • Ensure KPI's are met including OEE, on-time delivery, PM's, cycle time, etc.
  • Perform deep diving into data, along with provide in depth analysis and recommendations to convert business requirement into material and capacity planning
  • Create production and shipment forecasts and manage stock at the semi-finished stage to allow flexibility between customers.
  • Lead Monthly review of buffer and strategic stocking points to ensure right sizing with business units, supply chain and planning.
  • Work with sales on allocation of product based on prioritization of customers and CSD.
  • Review forecast vs. backlog differences and taking actions as needed leveraging relationships with management at the OSAT
  • Proactively taking steps to minimize OCD (Original Commit Date) delivery slips
  • Review component supplies and work with production planners to modify as needed
  • Lead the documentation of client processes and develop / maintain playbooks
  • Lead a team of resources to manage transactional processes.
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve documented procurement procedures to increase cycle time and drive efficiency.
  • Interface directly with customer from requisitioners to senior stakeholder to resolve escalated issues and questions to drive client satisfaction
  • Provide regular program updates to client program leaders
  • Ensure that the team exceeds the established SLA’s

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements.

Supply Chain Operations delivers managed services across the supply chain to drive sustained operating value and efficiency. Scope of services include spend management, product engineering, supply chain planning, smart factory, and logistics. The offering also digital foundry and AMS+ services for best of breed supply chain technologies like Ariba, Coupa, Siemens, o9, and Blue Yonder.


  • Minimum 6 years of OSAT management and enabling experience
  • Technical proficiency in Backend semiconductor manufacturing
  • Excellent understanding of quality requirements, operations, planning and logistics
  • Functional expertise in procurement knowledge and manufacturing processes, logistics, and a working knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Effectively communicate and successfully manage relationships both with external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business issues
  • Ability to foster relationship with client stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience 
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Travel up to 10% annually
  • Must be willing to live and work in the Lake Mary, FL or Gilbert, AZ area.
