Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze escalated (advanced) issues.
- Develop and implement advanced troubleshooting and resolution technique
- Providing guidance and mentorship to support teams
- Collaborating with dev teams to identify and resolve defects
- Participate in code reviews and testing activities (as needed)
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (runbooks, system diagrams)
- Conduct formal trainings (as needed)
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for automation/optimization
- Fix software errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Implement complex system upgrade and testing

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years of experience with custom apps
- Advanced knowledge of Deltek's Cobra application, which is used for managing project costs, measuring performance and analyzing budgets, actuals and forecasts
- Knowledge and experience with other Deltek applications / products (Cognos reporting tool)
- Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA, Confluence
- Exposure to Expo Supply Chain Management Portal or Expo Supplier Vetting Management (SVM) or Material Tracking System or FRACAS+2
- Experience with MS Visual Studio and Programming Languages: C#, VB.NET
- Experience with Windows & Linu

- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,000 to $171,000.
