Position Summary

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities   

·       Resolve technical issues related to applications, systems, and software.

·       Provide support to end-users and clients in a timely and professional manner.

·       Understand and adhere to established SLA’s while providing support.

·       Document ticket resolution steps and inputting artifacts into systems of record.

·       Troubleshoot and debug application issues and errors.

·       Analyze and interpret logs and reports to identify root causes of issues.

·       Collaborate with Level 3 team and development teams to resolve complex issues.

·       Create and maintain technical documentation including knowledge sharing / FAQs

·       Install and configure hardware and software on servers and clients.

·       Install, configure and troubleshooting Windows and Linux. Familiar with Java, C# and .NET

·       Direct system testing and validation procedures

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.  

Our operate services within CTO include: 

·       Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement 

·       Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products 

 

Qualifications 

 

Required 

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience

·       PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle EBS, Hyperion Planning

·       Programming languages: Java and SQL

·       Cognos reporting tool (integrates with Deltek Cobra – PMX Application)

·       Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience  

·       Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 

Preferred 

·       Experience with AMS delivery services

·       Familiarity or experience with the defense industry

·       Consulting experience
