Work you’ll do
- An experienced administrator needed to work with a team of 10 Application Administrators in managing mission applications, ensuring security compliance, normal operations, and maintenance (i.e., application upgrades, new installations, decommissioning, troubleshooting, frequent security patching, incident management, degraded service coordination and remediation).
- Coordination with agency staff (i.e., Data Center Operations Team, Cybersecurity, Compliance and Risk Management team) to implement installs and troubleshoot.
- Perform rotational morning checks and report application heath.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and support multiple on-going projects.
- Tier 2 help desk support to resolve application related tickets and enable mission operations.
- Ticket management and customer service experience desired.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School degree/GED required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active security clearance required
- Ability to travel 20 or more %, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Experience with Windows and Linux
- Experience with Application Patching and Upgrading
- Experience with Maintenance and Operations on applications
- Must already have or be able to obtain a Security Plus Certification and Computing Environment Certification

- Customer Service Skills
- Ticket Management
- Understanding of Infrastructure Systems (databases, servers, etc.)
