- Pre-eminent Technical Advisor Across the Firm
- Solution Architect for Business Development efforts across multiple sectors
- Point Person for initial discussions in Accounts and Sectors
- Trusted Advisor to Accounts and Leaders
- SME and Liasson to Commercial and Global efforts
- Advisor on partner and teaming strategy
Practice
- Market Leader for Practice
- Build Go-to-market Strategy for Appian across sectors.
- Practice Owner
- Develops Practice Growth Strategy
- Staffing Advisor to Accounts and individuals.
- Conducts Senior Level Technical Interviews
- Advises Alliance Manager and Lead Alliance Partner on marketing, GTM strategy, recruiting, business development, etc.

The Application Modernization and Innovation offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Appian Lead Developer Certification.
- 8+ years of experience working in Appian Development.
- 8+ years of experience leading software delivery, project management.
- 15+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development.
Preferred:
- Active Secret or high level of Security clearance preferred.
- Previous Government consulting experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing multiple clients and projects.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,325 to $278,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
