Work You’ll Do
The Intel alliance marketer will work with the Cloud + Core Business Operations portfolio marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, with a focus on creative and innovative approaches to the internal and external campaigns that elevate our strategic positioning and partnership. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Internal Marketing and Awareness Building: Planning and executing internal marketing efforts to drive influence as a key growth lever, including standardized marketing materials, websites, and roadshows to drive awareness across our various Consulting offerings and industry teams
- Strategic Campaign Development and Implementation: Executing against GTM strategy and messaging / narrative deployment through high impact marketing campaigns that use new and innovative marketing techniques in alignment with business priorities
- Content Strategy: Providing strategic input into all content and activations to ensure support the top-of-line Intel messaging & objectives while looking across channels to ensure consistency in messaging, tone and client experience
- Thoughtware Execution and Commercialization: Facilitating go-to-market launch and promotion of new & emerging alliance success stories & research (whitepapers, reports, surveys, etc.), tailored for various channels and activated internally and externally to Deloitte; ensuring seamless coordination with any speaking opportunities for alliance leadership / amplification
- Event Support: Leading the charge on any pre, during and post-event activities, including ROI capture and ongoing evaluation of our alliance marketing event strategy of both in-person and virtual events
- Data and Analytics: Developing data-driven reports that tell a compelling story against clearly defined KPIs and business goals, while articulating clearly defined and actionable recommendations against results
- Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration and Management: Working across multiple teams including the business leaders, internal and external communications, alliance teams, analyst relations, sales and Deloitte’s in-house agency resources; collaborating with country-based marketing professionals to ensure alliances are positioned consistently as a global network and service provider, with local expertise.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 5+ years of professional B2B marketing experience in technology or professional services, preferably in partner marketing
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on alliance needs and the clients / industries / sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications:
- Creative mindset with passion and drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications
- Experience designing and executing B2B content marketing and digital campaigns; experience working closely with creative and agency resources in support of campaign development and execution
- Team-oriented approach, with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting client expectations and deadlines
- Superior project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills; proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and objectives
- Flexibility, adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
- Experience working with a team in a virtual mode with remote resources; track record of achieving success in a matrixed organization
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
- Polished executive presence and professional client service manner
- Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Agile marketing experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,000 to $163,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
