In this role, you will have the opportunity to join our new Alliances Forward team and become a key contributor to the creation of a DEI alliance program, market development strategy, assets strategy and drive best practices creation for alliances. The E&A team drives the identification, pursuit, and expansion of partnerships with third-party technology vendors, allowing Deloitte to go to market with broader, integrated offerings. Deloitte currently has alliances with more than 100 of the world’s leading companies, and in just the last year, alliance-enabled sales accounted for a majority of US Consulting’s overall growth.

Work You’ll Do

The Alliances Forward Senior Consultant has a breadth of responsibilities which are prioritized within the Alliances Performance & Insights team. Those activities include:

  • Market Development
    • Define the benefits and expectations of partnering with Deloitte
    • Define alliance organization E&A maturity model, roadmap, and near-term definition of E&A external program
    • Explore additional external programs to create stronger client and alliance engagement
    • Inform prioritization and investment for related projects and workstreams
  • Develop an E&A DEI Program
    • Cataloging partner programs to understand where Deloitte can collaborate
    • Engaging with alliance partners to participate in Deloitte DEI programs
  • Oversight of E&A Best Practices and Asset Strategy efforts



  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree a plus
  • 3+ years professional experience, alliance organization or equivalent experience preferred
  • Expert in Microsoft applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)


  • Strong business strategy, planning, and program management skills
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to glean strategic insights from across multiple quantitative and qualitative data sources
  • Ability to effectively lead remote teams to achieve defined goals
  • Ability to grow and maintain junior staff, including both formal coachees and informal mentees
  • Success and comfort operating in an unstructured environment and leading through ambiguity
  • Strong executive presence and persuasive presentation skills that drive strategic discussion-making and clear action-oriented outcomes
  • Ability to successfully influence across a diverse set of executive leadership stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to think strategically, while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion within appropriate time frames
  • Excellent team player. Effective at sharing and communicating knowledge and supporting teammates in times of increased workload
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, successful with limited direction, upbeat and enthusiastic
  • High degree of integrity by honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent and predictable follow-up
  • Strong aptitude and passion for driving operational detail and market impact
