Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

As a Lead Alfresco Developer role with a team consists of 6 offshore developers and 6 monitoring team members. This role is the technical lead working with client business and technical team as well as collaborating offshore team on daily basis.

Solving high priority items, helping with detailed technical solutions and implementing those as well, working directly with client and onsite Deloitte managers to coordinate the scope and expectations

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
  • Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in the following:
    • Alfresco Development
    • Angular/ Java Development
    • Databases
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

  • Alfresco Content Management system integration knowledge and Spring Boot microservices experience are added advantages
  • Experience working with LifeRay and AWS
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
