Seeking a confident Agile Change Agent to join our growing team!

Work you’ll do 

Assess, advise, and implement changes with the organization in the areas of technical capabilities, cultural norms, modern processes and practices, and organization structure

Support the Agile organizational transformation of the client, realigning the client's operating model and establishing cross-functional product teams

Provide functional / agile change management support in parallel with system development of the client engagement, system adoption, and sustain change

Support portfolio and program management processes and stakeholders to improve Lean-Agile product management workflow

Support senior decision-makers with plans, reports, metrics, analyses, and recommendations


Qualifications: 

Required


Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university 

7+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience 

Must be able to work in small incremental, iterative steps with fast turnaround on all deliverables that the client requests

Experience with multiple agile frameworks and have been engaged with an agile transformation previously

Experience working with clients to conceptualize and determine change management strategies that support their goals

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Preferred

Active Secret Clearance (Interim Accepted)

Certification and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)

Ability to support government leadership communications and quick-turnaround taskers

Demonstrated experience delivering meaningful results while working independently with minimal supervision and guidance 

Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
