Work You’ll Do

Play lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Serve as subject matter expert. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
  • Five years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
  • Experience must include five years of:
    • Analyzing functional and non-functional business requirements and developing solution architecture and low level system designs utilizing IAM products;
    • Utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ software to install and configure extended attributes, emails, logging and monitoring, single sign on and pass thru authentication, and onboarding multiple application types, including Active Directory, RACF, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, SCIM, JDBC (DB2, MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase, and postGres), LDAP, ITIM, Oracle Direct, Office 365, Google Apps, DUO, CyberArk and delimited file based applications;
    • Designing, developing and implementing IAM processes, including Access Certification, Role Management, Access Request and Approval, User Access Provisioning, User Life Cycle Management, Non-Human Account Management, Access Governance, Delegated Administration and Privileged Account Governance utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ; and
    • Training team members on IAM processes, including Role Based Access Control, Segregation of Duties, and Access Recertification.
  • Experience must include three years of:
    • Identifying risks and issues on projects utilizing software development lifecycle and project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies and reporting and escalating the risks to program-level directors;
    • Liaising with client application and IAM teams to drive decisions on IAM system architecture and design;
    • Developing project plans utilizing Microsoft Project, developing project summary reporting dashboards and communicating project summary reports with program-level directors;
    • Developing budget estimates for new project proposals and preparing requirements feasibility analysis per clients business requirements; and
    • Mentoring and coaching junior team members both on and off shore.
  • Position requires 80% travel.
