Work You’ll Do
Play lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Serve as subject matter expert in the selection and tailoring of third-party cyber risk management approaches, methods, and tools to support delivery of third-party cyber risk assessment services, including use of Agile technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement third-party cyber risk assessment services. Will commute within the Dallas, TX area to consult with clients concerning the above job duties.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Information Science, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Five years of experience as an Advisory Specialist Master or a related occupation requiring experience designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Experience must include five years of:
- Analyzing Business Process Requirements and providing solution to the client based on the existing architecture;
- Designing, planning, and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions along with mitigation and test strategy;
- Designing and implementing centralized Identity and Access Management processes, including user access, provisioning and de-provisioning to target systems, user reconciliation and password synchronization, and privileged account management on target systems utilizing Saviynt and ForgeRock;
- Designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and providing post-deployment support for security implementations, and assessing IAM implementations pre- or post-deployment;
- Configuring and implementing enterprise Single Sign On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Federation using access management products, including Saviynt Azure Active Directory, Oracle Access Management, Oracle Identity Federation, Duo Security, and Oracle Unified Directory;
- Designing and implementing solutions for directory servers utilizing Active Directory OUD and ForgeRock Directory Server; and
- Handling on-site/offshore model and coordinating offshore teams.
- In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Master's degree and three years of experience as stated above.
- Experience must include one year of:
- Analyzing Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts in security roles to eliminate or mitigate risk due to violation of SoD rules.
- Less than 10% travel outside of normal commuting distance.
