Work You’ll Do
Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Oversee engagement planning, economics, and billing and manage proposal development efforts. Serve as a subject matter expert with respect to market trends and competitor activities. Evaluate, counsel, mentor and provide feedback on performance of others. Play substantive/lead role in retention of professionals and in building staff complement, mix, and recruiting. Manage the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Six years of experience in developing Identity & Access Management and Web Single Sign On security solutions.
- Experience must include six years of:
- Designing, developing, and implementing cyber risk solutions;
- Participating in solution design discussions and implementing design and architecture of solutions;
- Performing troubleshooting activities and production bug fixes/corrections, and troubleshooting web applications, webserver, and IBM WebSphere Application Server issues;
- Performing installation, upgrade and maintenance activities for IBM security products (ISIM, ISAM, ITDS, ITDI and ISIM Adapters), and performing TDI AssemblyLine development;
- Utilizing IBM security tools, including IBM Security Identity, IBM Security Access Manager, IBM Tivoli Directory Server, IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator, WebSphere Application Server, JAVA, and J2EE, to design and develop web applications; and
- Developing, configuring, and customizing IBM Security Identity Manager, IBM Security Access Manager, IBM Tivoli Directory Server, and IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator.
- Experience must include five years of:
- Utilizing knowledge of IBM Security Identity Manager, IBM Security Access Manager, Splunk, and DataPower to make technical decisions;
- Assisting with multiple work streams through the full life cycle of an engagement, including staffing, budgeting, financing, project risks, and issues identification; and
- Liaising with client contacts at C-suite level to discuss engagement and related issues and findings.
- Position requires approximately 50% domestic travel.
