Work You’ll Do
Oversee engagement planning, economics, and billing and manage proposal development efforts. Serve as a subject matter expert with respect to market trends and competitor activities. Evaluate, counsel, mentor and provide feedback on performance of others. Play substantive/lead role in retention of professionals and in building staff complement, mix, and recruiting. Oversee the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost-effective and risk-appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Six years of experience developing, implementing, and architecting information systems.
- In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept no degree and eight years of experience as stated above.
- Experience must include six years of:
- Integrating Identity Management, Access Management, and Access Governance software into organizations’ or clients’ enterprise systems;
- Planning and executing Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance programs, including projects, governance operating structures, and technology implementations;
- Managing IAM projects throughout the full system development lifecycle;
- Preparing and presenting IAM program reports and presentations;
- Participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and mentoring and training team members;
- Installing, integrating, and deploying IAM products, including SailPoint Identity IQ, DuoSecurity, Central Authentication Service (CAS), Oracle IAM suite, Sun Waveset, and Microsoft IAM suite; and
- Leading and executing proposal development process, including Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, pricing strategies, engagement letters, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Position requires approximately 80% travel.
