Work You’ll Do

Interface with business, IT, and members of executive management to design and implement GP solutions; manage clients and engagement management’s expectations; help to identify and evaluate complex business process and technology risks associated with Government Price Reporting; evaluate and implement internal controls that mitigate risks; participate in risk assessments and work with management to determine remediation plans and track progress; understand clients business environment and basic risk management approaches; demonstrate knowledge of market trends and competitor activities, products, and service lines; assist in preparing project plans and weekly status reports; recognize and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work to client; identify, measure, manage, monitor, review, and report on risks. Integrate and manage risk and compliance-related activities.





  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Biotechnology Management, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
  • Eighteen months of risk and advisory experience in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Experience must include eighteen months of:
    • Performing Government Price (GP) reporting calculations utilizing Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Average Manufacturers Price (AMP), and Code of Federal Regulations;
    • Implementing and testing drug pricing calculation software, including ExaLink;
    • Conducting state price transparency assessments utilizing Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft PowerPoint, and ExaLink GP system;
    • Implementing Class of Trade (COT) to analyze clients’ purchasing drugs from manufacturers and determining eligible government pricing implications at a customer level;
    • Providing OIG audit  response assistance utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and SAP;
    • Developing systems and processes for database integration involving sales, commercial contracts, and rebates data systems;
    • Conducting Government and Commercial contract review to identify sales contingencies and provide recommendation on business risk mitigation;
    • Implementing operational compliance frameworks/solutions in accordance with US laws and regulations for pharmaceutical manufacturers, including Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and Department of Defense; and
    • Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  • Position requires 50% travel.
