Work You’ll Do
Deliver a wide range of services to our clients that cover an extensive range of financial accounting and reporting services with a comprehensive industry-focused approach. Assist clients in advising and responding to transactional needs, as well as providing tailored technology solutions, and technology to enable the delivery of our services to drive end to end solutions. Deliver integrated services with a focus on value and quality across multiple industries. Utilize deep accounting and financial reporting knowledge to provide a unique perspective in solving accounting challenges. Participate in engagement planning and budgeting. Provide on–time delivery of quality work products. Support engagement economics. Under the supervision of upper management, oversee engagement risk. Identify and apply relevant specialized technical accounting, regulatory, and the respective industry standards. Apply and implement new or existing accounting standards and reporting requirements. Help engagement team by coordinating and handling administrative (PMO) related activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Eighteen months of financial reporting advisory experience.
- Experience must include eighteen months of:
- Assisting with the preparation of client’s financial statements and supporting schedules pertaining to quarterly close processes;
- Reconciling information presented in the company’s trial balance and adjustment schedule to relevant source data and broader financial statements;
- Assisting with maintaining internal files, including meeting logs, RAID log, and financial statement adjustment tracker;
- Performing walkthrough of business processes;
- Preparing financial statements in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP);
- Participating in engagement planning and budgeting, project performance tracking, closing out engagements, and archiving documentation;
- Interacting with clients and facilitating discussions;
- Coordinating multiple project tasks and prioritizing deliverables;
- Preparing financial analysis, ratio analysis, and trend analysis; and
- Utilizing advanced Excel tools, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Position requires 50% domestic travel.
Salary: $66,310.00 - $115,500.00/year;
