Work You’ll Do
Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Generate innovative ideas and participate in decision making with engagement management. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Eighteen months of cyber risk and regulatory compliance experience.
- Experience must include eighteen months of:
- Designing and developing cybersecurity implementation roadmaps and migration strategies for SailPoint IdentityNow, including privileged account onboarding, workforce onboarding, and migration from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint IdentityNow;
- Designing and developing Role Based Access (RBAC) strategic role migration and iterative roadmap to support bulk load role migration from current on-premise environment to proposed cloud solution;
- Developing test scripts and performing end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for onboarded applications in development environment;
- Assessing current onboarding, provisioning, access management, and access review processes to identify and document gaps between current and future states, and recommending potential areas of improvement for building enhance security posture in client environment;
- Configuring initial setup in SailPoint IdentityNow tenant and onboarding connected applications (Active Directory and Workday) and disconnected applications in development and test environments;
- Designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions to integrate security into processes to enable business growth and perform reputational risk assessments;
- Evaluating and developing information security controls to facilitate Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) compliance gap remediation and to align with NIST 800-53 framework and providing assurance of strengthened organizational security posture;
- Developing procedure documents to guide client through the execution of customized security processes to ensure compliance with Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) requirements;
- Spearheading agile projects, working with cross functional teams, liaising with key client personnel, and presenting project health dashboard to client executive leadership leveraging project management tools, including JIRA, MS Project, and ServiceNow; and
- Mentoring, coaching, and training junior team members, including providing performance feedback and facilitating learning and training sessions.
- Position requires 80% travel.
