Work You’ll Do
Play lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Math, (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Five years of Identity and Access Management ("IAM") experience.
- Experience must include five years of:
- Interfacing with clients to map the business process and business requirements in to IAM functional and technical specifications;
- Implementing business controls and general IT controls in enterprise applications; and
- Developing IAM roadmap plans by identifying gaps in the current environment and client requirements.
- Experience must include four years of:
- Designing and implementing IAM solutions from leading IAM vendors, including IBM, Ping, ForgeRock and Okta and integrating these IAM solutions with cloud and on-premises platforms;
- Designing high availability network architecture for global deployment of Identity and Access Management infrastructure;
- Developing secure and risk-based authentication mechanisms, including multifactor authentication, IPv4 authentication, and cross-domain single sign-on authentication;
- Developing custom identity lifecycle management workflows with integration with leading HR solutions, including Infor HR, WorkDay and Microsoft Active Directory;
- Participating in the proposal development process, including RFP responses, pricing strategies, engagement letters, and statements of work;
- Leading teams of security and audit professionals in the delivery of client projects and delegating and reviewing their work on day-to-day basis; and
- Leading teams with multiple work streams through the full life cycle of an engagement including managing project financials, risks and issues and client communications.
- Position requires 80% travel.
