Work You’ll Do
Work with teams on a broad spectrum of technical accounting matters, including complex issues in accounting for business combinations, consolidations, share-based compensation, revenue recognition, leases, intangibles and financial instruments. Reviewing and evaluating business reports, financial models, and accounting policies to evaluate accounting and tax-related risks. Identify and evaluate business, financial, accounting, and tax risks related to transactions. Responsible for the supervision of staff and services to clients, including planning, budgeting and staffing. Evaluate client's historical and projected earnings and cash flows, hidden contingencies, commitments, and tax exposures as well as quality of assets. Assist upper management with overall project management for engagements. Review and comment on financial, accounting, and tax considerations in investment models, bank finance agreements and public debt offering documents. Produce and provide deliverables to clients on a diverse array of transactional engagements (due diligence, tax and accounting structuring, merger integration and post transaction considerations).

Requirements
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Three years of US GAAP accounting and auditing experience.
- Experience must include three years of:
- Reviewing and evaluating business reports, financial models, and accounting policies to evaluate accounting and tax-related risks;
- Working with client companies to review consolidated financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP financial statement reporting requirements;
- Performing US GAAP accounting research using Accounting Standards Codification (ASC);
- Utilizing advanced Excel tools, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and macros;
- Interacting directly with senior management to discuss accounting and transaction issue resolution and continuity; and
- Taking a lead role in engagements, including full life cycle of project, staffing, budgeting, and closing out projects.
- Position requires 40% travel.
Salary: $131,206.00 - $152,565.00/year;
