Work You’ll Do
Play lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements
- Master's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Three years of cyber risk and regulatory compliance experience.
- Experience must include three years of:
- Implementing and architecting Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, including SailPoint Identity IQ, Oracle Access Manager, Okta, and Microsoft Active Directory;
- Designing High Level Design Document highlighting all the use cases, high level architecture and required process logic;
- Designing Low Level Design Document containing detailed functional logic of each module, pseudo code, database tables, and dependency issues;
- Designing and implementing centralized identity and access management processes including user access, provisioning and de-provisioning to target systems, user reconciliation and password synchronization on target systems;
- Performing Oracle Identity and Access Management solution deployments through complete system development lifecycle, including analysis of solution requirements, solution design, architecture and supporting business processes, configuring and customizing IAM software products, and testing (unit, system integration, performance and UAT testing);
- Incorporating Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) rules and policies by applying Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and access certifications for audit purposes;
- Configuring and developing access control roles for various applications to comply with SOX regulations and guidelines;
- Performing requirements gathering, project planning and tracking, effort estimation, status reporting, and incident reporting for IAM/IDM projects; and
- Performing IAM migration and preparing deployment guides with detailed instructions.
- Position requires approximately 80% domestic travel.
