Work You’ll Do
Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Play lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationship.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Risk Management, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent, including a 3-year foreign degree).
- Four years of Identity and Access Management experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries.
- Experience must include four years of:
- Evaluating complex business and technology risks around internal controls and identifying opportunities to improve those controls;
- Designing, developing, and implementing IAM solutions utilizing SailPoint and Delinea Secret Server;
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical architecture for solutions;
- Designing, developing, and deploying privileged access management solutions using Delinea Secret Server;
- Developing cyber security recommendations and roadmaps for clients to enhance their cybersecurity capabilities to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
- Installing, integrating, scoping, and deploying Identity Access Management solutions and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution, including SailPoint Identity IQ, and Delinea EPM;
- Analyzing Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts in client internal processes;
- Facilitating use of technology-based tool and methodologies to streamline, review, design, and implement products and services;
- Developing cybersecurity recommendations and future roadmaps for clients to enhance their cybersecurity capabilities to comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices; and
- Engineering business processes and solutions to ensure that IAM/PAM solutions perform according to the defined processes or controls.
- Position requires approximately 60% domestic travel.
