Position Summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks an Advisory Manager in Atlanta, GA.

Work You’ll Do

Work with clients to improve their ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems, and reimagine their businesses with SAP digital solutions. Lead and manage large teams responsible for finance transformation implementations using SAP tools including S/4HANA, SAP S/4 Hana Finance & Controlling and SAP Profitability and Performance Management. Evaluate the software technology needs of organizations, developing strategies to increase the companies’ profitability, design and implement plans to comply with legislation, and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of the IT project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Improve internal processes, and promote SAP knowledge sharing within the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.



  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
  • Five years of experience implementing ERP systems, including SAP.
  • Experience must include five years of:
    • Performing functional configuration and solution design for cost allocations and financial planning using SAP tools, including SAP S/4 Hana Finance & Controlling (SAP FICO) and SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM) modules;
    • Reviewing financial budgeting and allocations and planning business process improvements;
    • Participating in all phases of a full-lifecycle SAP implementation, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment;
    • Analyzing clients’ management and operational requirements in the area of Finance and designing and building solutions using SAP FICO module and SAP Controlling sub-modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Cost Accounting, and Profitability Analysis (COPA);
    • Performing project management, including coordinating client resources and teams, financials, and risk evaluations, and liaising with client executives;
    • Conducting sessions to gather and analyze business requirements, and translating business requirements into systems requirements;
    • Designing High Level Design Document highlighting use cases, high level architecture, and required process logic;;
    • Designing Low Level Design Document containing detailed functional logic of each module, pseudo code, database tables, and dependency issues; and
    • Managing teams in the areas of unit testing, integration testing, and cutover of the SAP software solution on the client platform to deploy and roll-out newly designed client business processes.
  • Position requires approximately 80% travel.
