We are looking for an experienced Commodity Trading Manager to join our Commodity Trading & Risk Management advisory practice to drive growth, manage delivery teams, bring commodity lifecycle expertise, and implement ETRM solutions. The delivery of services will involve solution roadmap development, functional design, and implementation of ION Allegro Horizon, ION RightAngle and/or other CTRM solutions. Further, this position will focus on business opportunities, growing the practice and strengthening the existing client relations through advisory services and solution delivery. This professional will be responsible for:
- Defining, planning, and executing end-to-end Commodity & Risk Management solutions, including transaction capture, risk management, logistics, and accounting.
- Perform Functional analysis work in support of CTRM implementations
- Responsible for requirements gathering and development of functional specs
- Develop proofs of concepts in CTRM
- Expanding our service offering and business growth through involvement in sales, proposals and development of new business strategies
- Lead proposal development and marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or related field.
- Working knowledge of Allegro or RightAngle required.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the oil & gas or agribusiness industry.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience with Commodity and Risk Management solutions and CTRM/ETRM
- Knowledge of MS Project or other similar tools is required. Skilled in all Microsoft tools such as Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Access.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client presentations.
- Effective leadership, project management and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

This compensation range is specific to New York City, Jersey City and California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,853 - $194,413.
