Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

Contingent Workforce Services (CWS) is an integral component of the GPS Contracts – Contract Staffing Solutions (CSS) group. The mission of CWS is to provide client service engagements with the highest quality third party contractor resources at the most competitive prices.   The Administrator works with a Lead Administrator to identify, onboard, and maintain contractor resources on client engagements.

Our Program Integrity team focuses on thought diversity and collaborative problem solving to help clients address these challenges holistically, with a common goal to protect the integrity of their programs.

Specific Functions 1. Create subcontractor resource requests in proprietary vendor management system and broadcast requests to the designated Supply Chain so that the suppliers can respond with qualified candidates. 2. Analyze supply chain responses by performing risk-factor analysis and pre-screening candidate resumes to match requirement specifications (technical and functional) and advise Lead Administrator on which candidates should be forwarded to projects for consideration. 3. Facilitate and schedule candidate interviews. 4. Facilitate the hiring process, including rate and other negotiations as needed, and generate legal documents, such as work orders and non-disclosure agreements. 5. Working with the Lead Administrator, bring subcontractor issues to resolution for suppliers and projects, including, but not limited to: Resolving subcontractor delivery problems, enforcing our national supply chain, mitigating the legal risk associated with subcontracting, and executing special projects at CWS leadership’s request. 6. Perform administrative tasks and other tasks as necessary. Qualifications 1. 1-3 years’ experience within the information technology industry and ability to demonstrate an understanding of information technology concepts and tools including: a. A general understanding of emerging IT concepts and tools. Must be able to converse with IT professionals (at all levels) regarding IT skill requirements. b. A general knowledge of the software development lifecycle. c. Ability to screen IT resumes for technical and functional skills. 2. General understanding of both the consulting industry and the contract resource procurement process (i.e. knowledge of contracts and contractual language; knowledge of US human resource laws, policies and practices; general knowledge of visa processing). 3. 1-3 years experience in a customer service/support role that involves developing and fostering professional relationships with both internal and external customers at various organization levels (i.e., Admin/Receptionist up to CEO/Partner). 4. 1-3 years experience in a large corporate environment. 5. A minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer. 6. Strong prioritization skills, including the ability to balance multiple high priority tasks and re-prioritize as needed during the work day. Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail. 7. Ability to work successfully in a team environment and make significant contributions toward achieving team goals and objectives. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of watch each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $53,665 to $98,830.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
