Deloitte Studios is seeking an Account Supervisor who is passionate about brands and eager to help grow a new agency model. Work you’ll do

The Account Supervisor helps to shape and grow a variety of clients’ businesses. Responsible for managing multiple client projects, the Account Supervisor should lead their respective projects, be a trusted partner to the internal teams and clients, and effectively manage the overall processes to ensure the highest quality work. You'll need to already have some mastery of the life science and/or health care marketplace and a passion to be on the cutting edge of what's next. 


This role has the potential to work with a broad variety of therapeutic areas, products, and solutions across all types of clients. In your role, you will:

  • Lead and oversee projects within accounts in partnership with the Account Director and Group Account Director, and in partnership with the corresponding leads from Strategy, Creative, Production, and Media while ensuring successful strategic planning, creative development, and execution across all projects. 
  • Account Supervisors are detail-oriented and able to execute flawlessly and see the big picture by supporting longer-term planning for the LSHC agency.
  • Build expertise in clients’ business and function as an effective spokesperson for their business needs within the agency. Stay informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service, and a solid client/agency relationship.
  • Develop and manage relationships with mid-senior level clients on their accounts and become a trusted advisor and go-to person for helping them with their business issues.
  • Maintain open and complete communications of client status and issues with functional agency leaders. Keep Account Director/Group Account Director informed of the status of projects, problems, plans, and meetings, and involve appropriate agency management personnel at key times. 
  • Manage and help mentor respective account teams, including Account Executives, Assistant Account Executives, and Account Coordinators.  
  • Comprehend and help sell in the full talent and capabilities of the agency 
  • Foster a team environment across all agency departments and maintain a high level of performance by the account teams and other agency personnel.
  • Provide support on new business pitches as needed.
  • Drive great creative work

Qualifications: 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of solid account management experience at an advertising agency
  • Experience working with life sciences and/or health care companies and brands
  • Both digital and broadcast production experience
  • Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and other MS Collaboration tools 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (While 30% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.
