Deloitte Studios is a full-service creative agency within Deloitte Digital that brings together our Digital Experience capabilities and our Advertising & Marketing teams into new kind of Creative agency. We are seeking a senior Account Director that is passionate about brands and eager to help grow a new agency model. Our AM&C offering serves our clients through the following types of work:  
  • Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution 
  • Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video 
  • eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations 
  • Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions 
  • Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions 
  • Marketing analytics implementation and operations 
  • Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution 
  • Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
Work you’ll do
 
The Account Director oversees account management for a set of accounts, and ultimately reports to the Managing Director. The Account Director is a polished communicator, strategic, and provides continuous business leadership. You will be responsible for the account growth and driving of all aspects of advertising campaigns for various clients. In your role you will also
 
In this role, you will:
  • Oversee various accounts, working with the Group Account Director and Managing Director to manage, nurture and grow those client relationships.
  • Know the client’s business intimately and can be an effective spokesperson for their business needs within the agency.
  • Develop and maintains strong working relationships with client counterparts, and account teams on each client.
  • Act as a mentor and leader for Associate Directors, Account Supervisors, Senior Account Executives, Account Executives and Account Coordinators.
  • Ensures a high level of precision and organization is brought to all aspects of creative development and execution.
Qualifications:
 
Required – What you bring 
  • 10+ years of solid account management experience at an advertising agency
  • Fully integrated campaign experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 percent (While 30% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree preferred.
  • A calm, rational, balanced management style
  • Polished communicator with good instincts
  • Experience with both digital and broadcast
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for agency and employee growth
