Risk & Financial Advisory – Low Code Platforms Team Lead - AVP Software Engineer
As a AVP Software Engineer within the Low Code Platforms Center of Excellence vertical in our Hybrid-Operate group, you’ll lead the team driving innovative usages of Low Code Platforms and gain advanced hands-on experience working alongside leading professionals across diverse industries.
Responsibilities:
As Low Code Platforms Team Lead, you will collaborate with other leaders across our Technology Solutions Center of Excellence, development, infrastructure, and security professionals to design and implement complex Low Code based solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive Low Code strategy including determining platforms utilized in the Low Code CoE as well as determining the appropriate platform based on the requirements of the initiative.
- Lead the overall Low Code CoE across multiple platforms including but not limited to Service Now, Relativity and Unqork.
- Liaise with internal platform alliance leadership to understand and help drive efficient and cost effective platform usage.
- Ensure application development adheres to the architecture/design guidelines.
- Lead enterprise level design board discussions from the Low Code platform perspective.
- Support development of business cases with customer teams including determining platform fit and leading estimation efforts around solutions.
- Technical leadership/mentoring of Low Code CoE team.
- Provide status updates and reporting metrics to the program leadership and drive towards on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Define and enforce development guidelines and interface closely with governance teams.
- Lead staffing requirement discussions and provide final sign off on candidates in the recruiting process.
The desired candidate will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients.
Technical knowledge & experience (Required):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hands on experience as full stack developer.
- Recent hands on experience with Low Code platforms including at least one of Service Now, Relativity or Unqork.
- Hands on experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript frameworks, Restful API, PowerShell etc.)
- Hands on experience with scripting languages including popular JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Aurelia, Angular…), and CSS skills.
- Strong knowledge of C#
- Expert knowledge of Low Code platform development ecosystems including views, layouts, RDOs, agents, APIs, and event handlers.
- Working knowledge of MASA/SOA architecture with understanding of REST API standards including OAuth, SAML2, JWT and JSON.
- Working knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and design considerations and hosting solutions on Azure or AWS
- Experience using Azure DevOps.
- Strong SQL Server skills
- Working knowledge of NoSQL technologies.
- Working knowledge of leading test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium)
- Management skills to manage one or more large, complex projects simultaneously
- Strong teaming skills across matrixed client, vendor and geographically dispersed virtual teams
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Nice to have technical and professional experience (Preferred):
- Relativity certifications (RCA, Relativity Master, Infrastructure Specialists, …)
- ServiceNow certifications (CMA, CTA, CAD) and experience with modules including ITSM, CSM, SecOps and App Engine (strongly desired)
- Experience developing rapid prototype solutions
- Experience with UX, RPA and case flow management for BPM (workflow) tools.
