Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a PDM employee, you will be focused on developing cutting-edge quantitative solutions to our client’s most challenging problems. You will develop and apply technical skills, apply quantitative methods to challenging AI and Machine Learning problems across multiple industries. Opportunities to assist clients will span from Life sciences (genetics, new medicines development) to Cyber Security to Fraud/Waste/Abuse detection to capital markets modeling. Work with Client and project team to develop and deploy AI and Call Center solutions.

Client account has a multi-year tech foundry setup to help client with testing, development and automation of solutions across the portfolio. Clients’ Personalization Real-Time (PRE) program is key to accomplishing several key strategic objectives for cross-sell, upsell, and efficient targeting. US Cellular needs a strong and reliable partner to support Development, Testing and Managed Services on the PRE platform. Objective of the project is to provide comprehensive development & managed services support for the PRE platform and adhere to the SLAs to ensure the platform can deliver the PRE program objectives.

The Team

The US Core Industry Solutions Offering encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core our client’s business. We incorporate expertise from across the firm to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions according to industry strategy. Core Industry Solutions will be known in the market for a focus on transforming industry operations through industry technology solutions.

Qualifications Required

  • Work with Client and project team on project sprints and development work.  Day will be split between development work, client and project team meetings.
  • A BA/BS degree from a top-tier institution in information systems/informatics, health care administration, or other relevant focus areas
  • 7 years’ experience in health care management consulting, health care technology startups, or other health care provider-related fields (e.g. revenue cycle management, health care finance, clinical operations)
  • Experience in improving operations within a health care provider, specifically around revenue cycle management (denials management/prevention, billing/AR, patient access, vendor management, etc.) and clinical operations/efficiency
  • Experience with coordinating internal and external stakeholders during the planning, management and delivery of technology projects
  • A strong ability to understand, profile/validate and wrangle large data sets, as well as concisely communicate and document the outcomes from these activities
  • Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills, and the ability to summarize the "so what?" within data
  • The ability to develop and foster strong working relationships with internal and external clients in a virtual setting
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong self and audience awareness when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, health informatics, information systems, or a related field
  • Working knowledge/familiarity and interest in SQL, business intelligence platforms (e.g. Qlik, Tableau), or other advanced analytical tools
  • Familiarity with healthcare data (e.g. EDI, bills, claims, claim remittances, EMR/interoperability standards - FHIR, etc.)Account management experience in a startup or subscription-based environment
  • Experience with presenting to clients across various levels and roles (i.e., early career level analysts through C-suite Executives)
