Position Summary

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

  • Setup, lead technical architecture and design activities with client, internal and external vendor stakeholders to review/convert business requirements to technical design (covering Salesforce application and integration)
  • Document technical design documents, solution architecture design and other architectural artifacts meeting client expectations
  • Represent Deloitte in Architectural Review Board meetings (ARB), present the design and gain approval from client ARB Board members
  • Walkthrough approved design to scrum team and answer questions during sprint cycles
  • Get engaged with Scrum team to resolve any technical issues / solution performance issues and provide guidance on technical fix

The Team 

Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Enterprise Operations group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.

Qualifications Required

  • 6+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Strong technical experience implementing Sales and Service Cloud projects for TMT or other industry clients
  • Strong Salesforce integration skills integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft or other middleware products
  • Good Salesforce user experience layer design & build skills using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura and JavaScript
  • Strong experience using APEX on previous projects; Abilities to review / share feedback on Salesforce coding best practices supporting application scalability
  • Client facing experience working with business and IT client stakeholders in leading an architectural / technical design and gain acceptance from cross functional client and vendor teams
  • Prior experience building technical artifacts including Salesforce configuration design, technical design
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
