Work You’ll Do
Ecosystems & Alliances is looking for a Senior Consultant to focus on Business Insights for the E&A Reporting & Insights team. This role will work closely with E&A leadership, Deloitte business leaders, and Alliance teams to develop reports, analyses, and insights that inform E&A business strategies, investments, and management of Deloitte’s alliance portfolio.
Market Intelligence/ Competitive Intelligence (MI/CI)
• Identify and prioritize MI/CI needs of E&A leadership and stakeholders
• Evaluate available Deloitte capabilities to address E&A’s priority MI/CI needs
• Define and implement approach and team structure for E&A MI/CI, including collaboration with existing Deloitte MI/CI teams
• Monitor E&A market and competitive trends; integrate MI/CI insights with internal performance analyses; assess potential implications on Deloitte and its alliance portfolio
• Conduct targeted analyses and projects for E&A strategy development and planning
Business Insights
• Analyze internal CRM and financial data; assess the business impact of E&A on Deloitte’s sales, growth, and profitability
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance E&A impact (e.g., patterns of effective multi-alliance collaboration, emerging growth trends, etc.)
• Develop reports for executive leadership
• Build content expertise and working relationships with Deloitte E&A leaders and stakeholders
Analytical Tools
• Inform the design of E&A reports and tools. Exploit opportunities to:
o Standardize and automate manual reports
o Leverage AI/ML automation and 3rd party data for predictive insights
o Enhance user experience and effectiveness
• Support the training and user adoption of Salesforce CRM for alliance management
Qualifications
The E&A Reporting & Insights Senior Consultant will possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are essential given that the position will have significant interaction with areas across the Firm as well as Deloitte's leadership. Specific qualifications include:
• Outstanding core consulting skills (i.e., analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and modeling (superior PowerPoint and Excel), including logical structuring and storytelling
• 3-5 years of client service experience with a professional services firm Deloitte, ideally in strategy development, analytics, Market Intelligence/Competitive Intelligence, and/or systems integration role
• Alliance management experience or equivalent experience working with vendors
• Exposure and experience using Salesforce CRM tools either in client service or internal facing roles
Preferred:
• Ability to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into executive-ready insights and recommendations
• Track record for translating big picture strategic thinking into practical action and business impact
• Experience in gathering stakeholder/customer inputs and using these inputs to inform product design and/or organizational design
• Understanding of Ecosystems & Alliances, technology trends and their implications
• Strong facilitation, organizational, and communications skills; track record for engaging and coordinating with senior level constituents
• Team player with a “customer focused” mentality
• Comfort working autonomously in a virtual team and unstructured environment
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,000 to $163,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
