Position Summary

ServiceNow Developer-Solution Architect

 

Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

  • Engage as a primary architect on projects to set technical direction and lead the development team to implement client solutions including both configuring ServiceNow and develop customizations and integrations
  • Participate in or lead design workshops, development, testing and development activities with clients or prospects to deliver a future-proof and scalable solution suited to client ecosystem
  • Demonstrate and communicate expert understanding of enterprise architecture related to ServiceNow Digital Workflows
  • Responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and integration development between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Work directly with end users to resolve issues within ServiceNow
  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
  • Develop a keen understanding of the products we implement and our customer’s business
  • Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead / architect


Qualifications

  • 6+ years proven experience as an enterprise application developer with high-level architecture roles
  • 4+ years of comprehensive ServiceNow experience in development, configuration, and integrations
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline or comparable experience
  • Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
  • Proven experience implementing and customizing a web architected, n-tiered enterprise application
  • Experience leading large end-to-end enterprise application development engagement as an architect a plus
  • Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow’s configuration and integration tools
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification preferred
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow App Engine and Integration Hub a plus
  • Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
  • Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML
  • Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems
  • Experience creating ServiceNow application, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • A current government security clearance, or the ability to hold a clearance is a plus
  • Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available
